The CALIPRI optical profile measurement device is suitable for profile measurements of individual components or for inspecting the dimensional accuracy of the complete unit. Compared to the sampling methods used in conventional measuring systems, the non-contact method delivers significantly more accurate and, therefore, reproducible measurement results.
STAGE, GAP AND TRANSMISSION
With CALIPRI, you can inspect gap and flush dimensions – just like with dowel pins and templates – but with high accuracy and in a matter of seconds. The CALIPRI freehand measuring system has low training requirements and obtains highly precise measurement results without any human error.
With CALIPRI, it is possible to record and measure a variety of different body contours and compare them to target profiles. It eliminates traditional measuring errors which may result from the reading off at an angle, undefined measuring force or tilted positioning when using gages.
